ARTIST STATEMENT I have always loved painting. I draw on my experiences, emotions and imagination in my work. I use my work to express the way I feel whilst playing around with colour. My work in the show is from a series called ‘Behind closed Doors’ its a personal project relating to my home situation an how i feel inside, its about feeling emotionally abused inside and the fact that unless people see physical abuse they dont understand how you really feel.
